OSRAM wins German Innovation Award for NIGHT BREAKER LED W5W

OSRAM's NIGHT BREAKER LED W5W was awarded "Winner" of the GIA 2024 in the category "Excellence in Business to Consumer - Lighting". This is the first NIGHT BREAKER LED lamp from OSRAM that does not require comparing or matching the headlamp approval number with a compatibility list.

NIGHT BREAKER LED H7 wins the "EQUIP AUTO International Grands Prix for Automotive Innovation"

For the 18th time, the EQUIP AUTO International Grands Prix for Automotive Innovation selected and rewarded the most innovative concepts, products and services from EQUIP AUTO exhibitors to promote emerging technologies in the automotive after-sales sector.

Packaging design from OSRAM Automotive wins the iF Design Award

OSRAM Automotive's new packaging design convinced the judges of one of the most prestigious international design competitions: On March 9, it was awarded the iF Design Award in Munich. A 63-strong, independent, international jury of experts evaluated around 6,400 submissions from 54 countries this year.

The OSRAM packaging concept wins at the European Product Design Award

The 2016 relaunched packaging for the OSRAM automotive aftermarket segment won the silver medal at the internationally renowned European Product Design Award (EPDA). Additionally, the newly designed DUO BOX was awarded for “Packaging Design”/ “Other Packaging“.

OSRAM receives the Bosch Global Supplier Award

The Bosch Group has more than 30,000 suppliers worldwide. The Bosch Global Supplier Award is awarded to technology and service companies of this pool every two years. With this award, the technology and service company appreciates particularly good performances from reliable suppliers and their development innovation partners as well.

2016

OSRAM wins TEMOT International Supplier Award 2016

OSRAM was honored in the “Sales & Marketing” category during the TEMOT conference in Barcelona for shareholders and suppliers.

The evaluations were carried out by the shareholders of TEMOT International and were based on the performance of all TEMOT suppliers for the period of 12 months in 2016.

LEDinspect MINI 125 wins BEST BUY Award 2016

The OSRAM LEDinspect MINI 125 has won the "Best Buy" award from the British car magazine "Auto Express" in the category cordless LED inspection lamps. In its product group test of the September edition "Auto Express" tested a variety of ten cordless LED inspection lamps from different providers. The magazine put the OSRAM LEDinspect MINI 125 on rank number one. The testers were most convinced by its superior light output compared to the competition. Therefore the LEDinspect MINI 125 received a 5 star rating as the only pocket light in the field.

2015

Auto Express xenon headlight bulb test: "Best Buy" award for XENARC NIGHT BREAKER UNLIMITED D1S

"A superb bulb and worth the extra", wrote the the British motoring magazine AUTO EXPRESS in the November 2015 magazine´s issue and declared the OSRAM XENARC NIGHT BREAKER UNLIMITED D1S xenon lamp the winner of its first ever xenon headlight bulb test. This upgrade lamp received the coveted “Best Buy” label and was the only one tested lamp to receive five stars.

Remark: This product was meanwhile substituted by the OSRAM XENARC NIGHT BREAKER LASER

AUTO BILD xenon lamp test 2015: best results for OSRAM XENARC lamps

The OSRAM XENARC NIGHT BREAKER UNLIMITED finished first in the current xenon lamp tests conducted by the German car Magazine AUTO BILD. Other OSRAM lamps also impressed the jury! OSRAM XENARC COOL BLUE INTENSE finished second and XENARC ORIGINAL took fourth place. The conclusion from the AUTO BILD test was that cheaper lights produced more glare.
